Slendertone Fortext can guide you through a session
To begin, set the Exercise Dial to Push Mode "→"
Turn on the Sledertone Fortex unit, press the scroll button until number 2 apperars on the deisplay screen, then press the select botton.
You must do 10 repetitions cf each exercise. The Slendertone Fortex updates yor score after each repetition.
At the completion of each set of 10 repetitions press the select button to move on to the next exercise.
IMPORTANT! The Slendertone Fortex exercises muscles in Push Mode "→" and Pull Mode"←". Please ensure that Exercise Direction Selectior is set ot correct for each exercise.
