Delights and Benefits of Aromatherapy-Inspired
Home Fragrance Essential Oils - Affordable and Pure

For an introduction to the world of aromatherapy, just pay attention to your own mind and memory. What is more powerful at evoking a past experience than an aroma? Scent is the most deep-seated of the senses. It can reach back to almost-forgotten memory. It can reshape our emotions, calm the nerves and soothe our bodies.

A considerable body of research shows that this most acute of our senses can influence our bodies and minds to the point of healing. The scents from essential oils are believed to activate olefactory nerve cells in the nasal cavity, which then send impulses to the limbic system, the area of the brain associated with emotions and memory.

Today aromatherapy utilizes dozens of different essential oils, singly and in combination. Generally, they are helpful for soothing, for giving a sense of bodily improvement, especially for stress-related ailments, for promoting a sense of invigoration and general well-being.

Essential oils are highly concentrated non-watery liquids containing volatile aromatic "essences" of herbs and plants--those plants prized for their powerful and far-reaching fragrances. The plant materials are usually distilled to purify the volatile (fast-evaporating) compounds, sometimes called volatile oils or ethereal oils. Because of the strength of the volatile plant oils, they are often diluted in simple "carrier" oils (vegetable oils), and should never be applied undiluted.
Aromatherapy natural essential oils; pure high quality oils at reasonable prices. A great way to complement your Steam Sauna experience.
5 bottles of 100% Natural Oils such as
Bergamot, Citronella, Lavender, Orange, Patchouli, Rosemary, and Tea Tree.

Essential oils are best stored in cool, dark places, with their bottles tightly capped.
Always keep fragrance essential oils out of the reach of children, pets or anyone who might accidentally ingest or spill the oils on skin, fabrics or furniture finishes.
Never apply an essential oil "neat" or undiluted to any part of the body.
Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or contact lenses.
Never ingest (eat or drink) essential oils, and do not inhale directly from the bottle. There is a risk of burning sensitive nasal membranes.
Note: while the fragrances of natural plants are almost always harmless, there is some risk of Allergic Reaction by skin contact.

Remember, it is the fragrance that you seek from an essential oil. There are a number of possible ways of releasing the fragrance from the oils.
- add a few drops to diffuser, whether the wick type or gently heating type
- dilute a few drops in water for use in an atomizer
- use in a steamer by adding a few drops to the water (see our selection of facial steamers)
- use in a steam sauna (including foot sauna) by adding a few drops to the water (see our selection of steam saunas, and take a look at our packages for purchase of essential oils/steam sauna together)
- use in an infrared sauna by adding a few drops to a warm surface near the sauna
Caution: Always dilute home essential oils before use. Never add water to hot oils.

Avoid prolonged contact with polished, painted or synthetic surfaces. Consult a physician before using fragrance essential oils in the case of high blood pressure, epilepsy or pregnancy. Keep out of reach of children.

"Smell is a potent wizard that transports us across thousands of miles and all the years we have lived. The odors of fruits waft me to my southern home, to my childhood frolics in the peach orchard. Other odors, instantaneous and fleeting, cause my heart to dilate joyously or contract with remembered grief. Even as I think of smells, my nose is full of scents that start to awake sweet memories of summers gone and ripening fields far away."
This eloquent quotation from Helen Keller so vividly says what many of us experience when exposed to aromas. Smell is the sense that reaches deeply and quickly into our emotional center to evoke feelings and memories of our past.
