Shipping and Handling Policy
1. Regular orders are shipped every weekday except public holidays.
2. Orders are usually shipped via regular postal mail the least expensive way.
Other alternatives such as UPS are also available upon customer's request.
3. All shipping charges are payable by customers. Shipping charges depend on shipping address and the weight of the items. Standard shipping charges indicated in website are for the contiguous USA and Canada only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Virgin Islands. For these, as for international shipping, we will email you the shipping charges prior to confirmation of the order.
4. A $5 handling fee will be applied for orders less than $15 (excluding shipping).
5. Minimum shipping charges of $11.95 USD apply for shipments to the US and Canada.
6. Shipping charges and handling fee are not refundable.
7. Shipping Insurance is mandatory for all actual shipments and is included in the shipping cost.
8. It is always the customer's responsibility to send any exchanges/returns back to us freight prepaid. Shipping charges will be deducted from original price on all shipping-included items returned.
Shipping Costs for Multiple-Item Purchases: We Make an Effort to Save You Money
Multiple-item shipping usually costs less than the sum of single-item shipping charges. Most on-line companies apply the full shipping charge for each item you purchase. We try to save you money by combining multiple items into one shipment whenever possible. But because we do this, on some orders we cannot quickly tell you the total shipping charge. So please, do not phone when shipping charges are "not yet known"; we will not be able to give you an estimate over the phone.
- Shipping for multi-item orders will be no more (and often be less) than the sum of the single-item shipping charges, so many customers simply wait for that amount to appear on their order confirmation.
- If your order shows "not yet known," use the sum of single-item shipping charges as your estimated maximum shipping.
- Want the shipping charge confirmed in advance for a multi-item order? Please write “confirm shipping charges” in the “Additional Information” block on your order.
- Considering a multi-item order but need to know the shipping charges first? Ask us using our Shipping Enquiry Form (below). You will need to tell us which items you will buy together, and the full shipping address.

The ability to combine items in a shipment depends on the combination of items purchased, so we cannot guarantee in advance that combining items will be possible. Reasons that affect the outcome may include:

- Fragility - e.g., risk of packing breakable items with extremely heavy items
- Customer preference - e.g., preferred early shipment for some items
- Drop-shipping (shipping direct from manufacturer/supplier) for some item(s), rather than from our warehouse.
Shipping Responsibility
All merchandise will be carefully packed and thoroughly inspected before leaving our premises. Responsibility for its safe delivery is assumed by the carrier upon acceptance of the shipment. Claims for loss or damage sustained in transit must, therefore, be made upon the carrier, as follows.

Concealed Loss or Damage
Concealed loss or damage means loss or damage which does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked. The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton may not show external damage. When the damage is discovered upon unpacking, make a written request for inspection by the carrier's agent within fifteen days of the delivery date, then file a claim with the carrier since such damage is the carrier's responsibility. By following these instructions carefully, we guarantee our full support of your claims to protect you against loss from concealed damage.

Visible Loss or Damage
Any external evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or express receipt, and signed by the carrier's agent. Failure to adequately describe such external evidence of loss or damage may result in the carrier refusing to honor a damage claim.
The form required to file such a claim will be supplied by the carrier.
