Redemption
ib3health.com Gift Certificates must be redeemed through our Web site, http://ib3health.com/ toward the purchase of products and services. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Certificate balance. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Certificate account.
If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.
Gift Certificates are in the dollar currency stated on the certificate. Gift Certificates cannot be used or redeemed anywhere except on the Site.
Limitations
Gift Certificates cannot be used or redeemed without the authorized code, cannot be redeemed for cash, cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen, cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases, cannot be used or redeemed to purchase other Gift Certificates, cannot be resold, and are not refundable.
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for purchases from third party sellers accessible from http://ib3health.com/
Gift Certificates cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Certificate balances in an ib3health.com account may not be transferred.
Gift Certificates and unused portions of Gift Certificates become void two years from the date of issue of the original Gift Certificate. Expiration dates do not apply for Gift Certificates issued in any jurisdiction where prohibited, solely to the extent as prohibited or limited by law.
Risk of Loss

Fraud

ib3health.com and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Certificates, including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Certificate code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, shall be the replacement of such Gift Certificate. Ib3health.com assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any type or nature which arises out of your use of the Gift Certificate and/or the performance of any third party provider.
Unused Balance
Any purchase less than the value of a Gift Certificate causes the unused balance to be placed in the account of the Gift Certificate recipient for use in a future transaction. Please contact us for enquiries about any balance remaining on Gift Certificate accounts.
